About Us
Chengdu Semi-Future Technology Co., Ltd. was established in July 2017, with a core technical team consisting of doctors from Tsinghua University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. We have been focusing on the research and development of power semiconductor devices for a long time, deeply engaged in the technology, application and industrialization of IGBT chips for over 10 years. We have obtained more than 30 patents on related technologies (including patents under registration) and successfully developed over 100 chips of different voltage levels and application scenarios, which have been applied to many market areas such as industrial inverters, special power supplies, induction heating, new energy power generation and new energy vehicles.
